The Raw Truth

Vincents restaurant will not be doing any cooking next Tuesday, May 28th, however the restaurant will still be open, but with a slightly refreshing difference. What we will have is the best of Raw, Organic and all Vegan produce and to put the icing on the cake, (without sugar)  we will be welcoming Sarma Melngaile, a Latvian from New York who runs one of the most highly acclaimed Raw restaurants in the United States, to oversee what my staff will be preparing  for this special evening.

Sarma is the owner and chef of Pure Food and Wine, a pure vegan restaurant, with a menu made up entirely of plant based produce avoiding any processed ingredients. Nothing is heated above 47 degrees in order to preserve vitamins, minerals, and enzymes. 

The restaurant has been featured twice in the New York magazine's "Top 100 Restaurants" list and has appeared in the Forbes magazine's list of "All Star New York Eateries" five years in a row.

Not only will we have Sarma, but also a fantastic tasting menu together with a fitting wine selection and seasonal Sake cocktails.

This dinner is not only for vegetarians or Vegans, but also for guests who eat plenty of meat and potatoes. However, a change is as good as a rest !
