Vincents restaurant has for years enjoyed a reputation for providing a dining experience second to none in Latvia. Chef Martin is still not satisfied! In order to maintain this record for excellence he is of the school of thought that ‘less is more’. Martin is quick to assure his clients that this does not apply to portions served!
It means that effective from 12th September, Vincents is moving from a 6 to a 5 day work week Tuesdays through Saturdays, 18:00 to 22:00. The results of this will be improvements all around in quality, innovation, freshness of our product and freshness of our staff. For the latter, it means a boost in morale and enthusiasm which is perhaps the main reason Vincents is following in the footsteps of some of the most acclaimed restaurants in the world. We assure you that you will notice the difference.
Martin would like to thank you in advance for your understanding and support, and would like to assure you that his minimalist approach will never extend, if one can use that word, to a four day week.
