Martins Blunos and Slow Food tasting menu at restaurant Vincents

World-famous Latvian celebrity chef Martin Blunos will cook a special Slow Food tasting menu together with our chefs on Monday, 10th of December.

Born to Latvian parents, Martin Blunos is today one of United Kingdom`s greatest chefs. Martin recently appeared on the new Channel 4 series "IRON CHEF UK" and on Australia’s most popular show, „Master Chef Australia”.

His resaturant ‘Lettonie’ held two Michelin stars for more than fifteen years.

This blond-haired, walrus-moustached Baltic giant of a man has a wicked sense of humour and is a most colourful character.
