Vincents Restaurant Group Booking Policy.
So that we can look after you, we ask that when making a reservation you provide the following information:
- The full name, e-mail adress and mobile contact number of the person who is authorized to make the booking;
- The number of diners in your party;
- Bookings of 8 or more guests are considered as a group booking;
- To confirm the reservation a nominated deposit, as requested by the restaurant manager, is required;
- Selected menu option is required 48 hours prior to reservation. Our tasting menu is recommended;
- Final guest numbers are to be confirmed 48 hours prior to reservation. Food allergies must be confirmed at this time also;
- Full payment is payable at the conclusion of the event;
- No split accounts;
- Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice, or failure to show of any of the guests, will incur the final confirmed number of guests being charged to final account.
